That's correct, but that would mean I'm actually forced to reload programs
each time, I want to run them. Currently I just type RUN to run the program a
second time, and if there are problems I know that this wont't work and I will
have to reload it. Calling NEW at the end of the program would remove that

Since this doesn't seem to have caused trouble in the last 10 or 15 years, I
would prefer to leave it as is.
